CANCELLATION POLICY
At Unreel Fishing Charters, the safety and enjoyment of our customers is our highest priority.
Weather & Skipper Cancellations
Fishing charters are weather dependent. If weather conditions are considered unsafe or unsuitable, we reserve the right to postpone or cancel a trip.
In the event that Unreel Fishing Charters cancels a charter due to weather, mechanical issues or other unforeseen circumstances, customers will be offered the choice of:
• Rescheduling to an alternative date, or
• Receiving a full refund of any monies paid.
Customer Cancellations
A deposit is required to secure your booking and is non-refundable.
If you need to cancel your charter, we ask that you provide as much notice as possible.
• Cancellations made more than 14 days prior to the charter date may be transferred to another available date.
• Cancellations made within 14 days of the charter date will result in the loss of the deposit.
No Shows
Customers who fail to attend their charter without prior notice will forfeit all monies paid.
Charter Changes
We understand that plans can change. Where possible, we will do our best to accommodate changes to booking dates, passenger numbers and charter arrangements, however this cannot be guaranteed and is subject to availability.

HOW TO PAY
A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your charter date.
The remaining balance is payable on or before the day of your charter.
