    FOUNDER & HEAD SKIPPER

    Fishing isn't just James' job—it's his passion and way of life. Having spent countless hours on the water from a young age, he turned his lifelong dream into reality when he founded Unreel Fishing Charters, allowing him to share the excitement of fishing with others every day.

    Known for his tireless work ethic and commitment to his customers, James has built a reputation for working harder, staying longer and doing whatever it takes to find fish. His friendly nature, local knowledge and genuine love of fishing ensure every guest enjoys an unforgettable experience on the water.

  • Tristan Rogers

    SKIPPER

    As the eldest son in the Rogers family, Tristan has spent his life on the water and developed a passion for fishing from a very young age. An exceptional fisherman and experienced skipper, he has earned a reputation for consistently finding fish and delivering outstanding results for his clients.

    Known for his friendly personality, willingness to help and incredible eye for spotting fish activity, Tristan is highly respected within the fishing industry and a favourite among customers. His local knowledge, professionalism and passion for fishing help ensure every trip is both successful and memorable.

    Few people are as passionate about fishing as Dylan. A qualified skipper and dedicated angler, he spends countless hours on the water chasing fish, exploring new locations and constantly improving his craft. Fishing isn't just something he enjoys—it's what drives him.

    With a great sense of humour and a genuine love for helping others succeed, Dylan brings plenty of energy to every trip. His determination to find fish, combined with his extensive time on the water and successful fishing YouTube channel, make him a valuable member of the Unreel Fishing Charters team.

    DECKHAND

    Having grown up around boats and fishing, Bailey has been part of the Unreel Fishing Charters family from day one. While still completing his schooling, he joins the crew during school holidays and busy charter periods, bringing plenty of enthusiasm, energy and a genuine passion for fishing.

    Friendly, approachable and always willing to lend a hand, Bailey enjoys helping guests make the most of their day on the water. When he's not fishing, he loves turning the day's catch into a great meal, with a passion for cooking seafood that rivals his passion for catching it.
